The jackets suggest spring is not quite yet established.
Two things struck me immediately in this wonderful slice-of-life: One is that the trees are still leafless, and the second is that it appears to be rather cold for the middle of April, which may be what's expected. Or not. :)
The view could also be here (in South-Finland), clothings and weather looks similar, and also the station.Nice photo.
