Finland (2009)
In March 2009 we made a 5-day huskytrip in northern Finland, with a group of 8 people and a guide. We each had our own sleigh with 5 dogs to take care of, and spent the nights in wooden cabins in the forests without electricity and running water. A real adventure and without doubt one of the best weeks we ever had.
This photo was taken in the afternoon, during a short stop while crossing a lake.

4 opmerkingen:

  1. Now that sounds like a great adventure.

  2. Beautiful shot. I think the low light and shadows really work so well here.

  3. Thouhg I live in Finland, I haven't ever been in Husky driving" (and only 1 time in Winter-North-Finland). I think you had very fun driving. It doesn't look so very cold weather .. :)
