View to the 'Rabotower', the Rabobank Executive Centre, in Utrecht. The 2 connected towers were built between 2007 and 2011 and are also known as 'The Binoculars'.
I love this shot as it's so well composed and so full of interest. Binoculars is certainly appropriate. It would be a fun building to work in so long as I didn't go above the first floor (I don't like heights!). Re your question on Ocala: The guy on the other building was also waiting for a roof. These guys often do two houses at the same time, especially it they are similar. As I recall, he got his roof that same day.
A nice companion piece to Manchester's toast-rack and London's cheese-grater and gherkin buildings.
BeantwoordenVerwijderen...I can see how they got their name.
